...serving the Baltimore area for over 50 years

HISTORY

In 1955, Maryland Septic Tank & Sewer Company was founded by Ray Hoover.  At this time, Mr. Hoover had only a station wagon and a desire to be in business for himself.  By pooling the ingredients of hard work, good judgment, and long hours he has developed a highly successful business that excavates for pipelines, drainage ditches, etc.  The photo to the right shows a typical job in August 1966 being done with a John Deere 2010 crawler loader equipped with a model 93 backhoe.

Today, Maryland Septic employs about 20 local Baltimoreans on various jobsites across central Maryland.  Our projects have ranged in location from Frederick, MD and College Park, MD to Aberdeen Proving Ground to Annapolis, MD.  We have our own transportation and mobilization for our heavy equipment, and qualified operators and laborers capable of completing jobs accurately and efficiently.
